CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation/ rescheduling policy: I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you wish to cancel your appointment or reschedule. If less than a 24 hours' notice is given, there will be a charge of 50% of the treatment cost with the card on file or another payment method. Rescheduled appointments will have the fee deposited. No-show/ missed appointment policy: If I do not hear from you 15-20 minutes into your appointment, it is considered a no show and will be treated as a missed appointment and you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost with the card on file or another payment method. I do understand life happens and things come up, but please respect and understand that when you don't show up/ forget about your appointment or choose to cancel/ reschedule your booked appointment without giving enough notice, I am usually unable to fill that appointment slot, meaning I would loose profit if I didn't have a set cancellation policy. As a courtesy, I will always contact you to confirm the date and time of your appointment 72 hours before, so please notify me (via text message) asap if you are unable to attend your appointment.
