CANCELLATION POLICY

READ THOROUGHLY: 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧/ 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲: I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you choose to cancel your appointment or reschedule. If less than a 24 hours' notice is given, there will be a charge of 50% of the treatment cost with the card on file or another payment method. Rescheduled appointments in a 2 week timeframe will have the fee deposited; Cancelled appointments will not unless rescheduled in that 2 week timeframe. 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧/ 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲: If you choose to cancel/ reschedule the day of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 75% of the service cost with the card on file or another payment method. Rescheduled appointments in a 2 week timeframe will have 25% of the fee deposited; Cancelled appointments will not unless rescheduled in that 2 week timeframe. 𝐍𝐨-𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰/ 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲: If I do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment or you do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the service cost with the card on file or another payment method. ~As my respect and courtesy, an automated text and email will always contact you (if you chose to get appointment updates & reminders) to confirm the date and time of your appointment 72 hours' as well as 24 hours' prior to your scheduled appointment; You can choose to confirm, reschedule, or cancel. Please make sure I am notified via text message asap if you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule. I highly recommend when booking to check the box to get important appointment updates from me so you don't forget about your appointment and for updates! ~I do understand life happens and things come up, but please respect and understand that when you don't show up/ forget about your booked appointment or choose to cancel/ reschedule your booked appointment without giving enough notice, I am usually unable to fill that appointment slot; meaning I would loose profit if I didn't have a set policy and would also prevent me from serving other clients who need or want that time. *Note: If you do not book your nail art and I do not have time to do it last minute at your appointment you will get a solid color or very minimal design. ~Please note that continuing to book with me means that you fully acknowledge and except all policies stated here.
