CANCELLATION POLICY

Please respect and understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I am usually unable to fill that appointment slot. As a courtesy, I will always contact you to confirm the date and time of your appointment 72 hours before, so please notify me (via text message) asap if you are unable to attend your appointment. I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you wish to cancel your appointment or reschedule. If less than a 24 hours' notice is given, there will be a charge of 25% of the treatment cost. If I do not hear from you 15 minutes into your appointment, it is considered a no show and will be treated as a missed appointment and you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. *Please note that continuing to book, you are accepting and agreeing to all policies.
